- You have a technical understanding and enjoy challenges
- Good knowledge of mathematics and physics is an advantage
- You are a team player with a willingness to learn
- You have a pronounced spatial imagination
- A careful, reliable and responsible way of working
- Ideally, you have a high school diploma (Fachoberschulreife)
Your tasks
- Structure and organization of the training company
- Health and safety at work
- Planning and controlling work processes
- The basics of metalworking in our modern training workshop
- Setting up, operating and programming CNC machine tools
- Analysis of technical drawings and transfer to the manufacturing process
- Ensuring the quality, dimensional accuracy and functionality of the workpieces
- Maintenance and care of machines and tools
- Reading and creating technical drawings
