Training exchange at Schleiden secondary school

Theo Hillers presented itself with three practical projects at the training exchange on September 30, 2024 at Schleiden secondary school and offered interested pupils an exciting insight into the company’s technical training professions.

At the stand, the young people were able to follow the design and production of a shopping token using 3D printing, learn about the control and movement of technical systems on the e-pneumatics board and gain an impression of the precision and care required in production by filling a shopping token with tools.

There was a great deal of interest, the discussions were varied and the enthusiasm for technology was palpable. For the team at Theo Hillers, the event was a valuable opportunity to inspire young talents for technical professions and to promote exchange with potential junior staff.
